Original Wine KimunKamuy
In grape cultivation, we aim to restore the nature of the place while maintaining harmony with nature, the universe, and people by practicing biodynamic agriculture, based on the premise of not placing a burden on the global environment. The winemaking process does not rely on modern technology, but makes use of the wild yeasts in the vineyards and does not use any antioxidants or other additives, and natural wine making is carried out from preparation to bottling in a 10-are winery.
Various Farm Initiatives
We aim to live in a way that allows humans to live harmoniously within the natural world. We have held many activities on the farm, including a small pond and woods, nature walks, beekeeping, permaculture workshops, retreat workshops, and live performances. We also grow vegetables, herbs, and small fruit and vegetables for subsistence in our mandala garden using permaculture techniques.
